La particolarità di questa cuffia è quella di poter sostituire la vecchia cuffia in maniera semplice evitando di smontare parti meccaniche esistenti, (cavi, telecomandi, ed eventuali spostamenti del motore) che comportano notevoli costi di manodopera. Applicazione rapida in pochi minuti Istruzioni per il montaggio:
- Avvolgere la cuffia sui cavi dell'imbarcazione;
- Applicare del collante (es. attack) sull'apertura laterale della cuffia;
- Unire le parti cominciando dalla parte più piccola e serrare facendo pressione su un cerchio alla volta almeno 10 secondi ogni cerchio;
- Lasciare reagire il collante per almeno 5 minuti e tagliare la vecchia cuffia solo dopo aver incollato la nuova;
- Dopo aver tolto la vecchia cuffia alloggiare la nuova nella giusta posizione, avvitando la ghiera sull'imbarcazione
